Place your hands together in a prayer positionâto modify this exercise and make it easier, feel free to place your hands behind your head.
As you exhale, lift your lower body up, crunching your abdominal muscles, and reach for the section of wall between your legs.
Hold this crunch for two seconds and return to your starting position.
Repeat this 15 times, working your way up to 25 repetitions.
